Police found three bodies of suspected militants during their “Operation Maximus” at a den in Moulvibazar’s Borohat area this morning.

The bodies of two men and a woman were found when the law enforcers entered inside the den, Monirul Islam, chief of the Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime unit, said while briefing reporters at noon.
One of them was directly involved with the powerful blasts in Sylhet’s Shibbari area police checkpost while a joint force was conducting the “Operation Twilight”, Monirul said.
Seven people -- four civilians, two police officers and a top Rab official –- were killed following the explosions In Sylhet, he added.
